To date, Bé Ù's Chef Uyen and her team have prepared over 2,300 meals to first responders, evacuees and those displaced and have delivered over 50 orders to fire stations across Los Angeles.

It isn't her first rodeo, having been part of the relief efforts during Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Chef Uyen is committed to her feeding efforts. “We will continue to do free meals for anyone in our community that is hungry for as long as it takes, and it’ll be a long road.”

Each meal contains hot rice, a braised egg, grilled protein, greens and a house made sparkling limeade.
