Saddle up, squad. We're heading to the only taqueria in the LA Michelin Guide, Bee Taqueria in the West Adams district.
It's on this humble plot that Chef and owner Alex Carrasco built a word of mouth taco omakase experience that stole the hearts and imaginations of culinary insiders all around Los Angeles. This cash-only seat remains sold out indefinitely.
Across town, Chef Rashida Holmes has stayed busy developing her Caribbean concept Bridgetown Roti, putting LA on the island flavor. Rashida was recently nominated for the James Beard Best Emerging Chef for 2023, and is currently building out her brick and mortar in Virgil Village. Known for serving up big flavor both in her personality and on the plate, she's become a favorite collaborator of Biite Club in the last few years.
In a beautiful fusion of formats and flavors, these two esteemed Chefs have answered the call with a gorgeous crossover menu that truly stretches the boundaries of taco culture. Their insane riff on the Gordita delivers an Argentinian, Caribbean, Mexican, and Angeleno tour of the Americas in a single Biite.
Cocktails, anyone? We've also enlisted one of the finest bar men in LA to reimagine classic cocktails with a Taco Bell twist. Aaron Melendrez co-authored recipes for Simon & Schuster’s cookbook Mexican Food, helped build some of the most renown cocktail programs in the city, and brings next level creativity to advanced cocktail techniques.
