Bloodlust Wine Bar Brings Baja to Little Ripper

Sale price Price $75.00 Regular price Unit price  per

LA WELCOMES THE ICONIC BLOODLUST WINE BAR OF BAJA FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY.

You may have seen it in photos, that surrealist, allium looking structure— the hub of Baja’s music, art, and wine culture quite literally “dropped” in the middle of Ensenada (the building itself is inspired by a drop of wine).

Aside from being Valle de Guadalupes first lo-fi wine bar, it’s also the current home of emerging chef Alejandro Burgos, born and raised in Ensenada, who belongs to the globally recognized crew of mega-talented youngblood chefs changing the game with bold, bright flavors and fresh interpretations of Baja cuisine.

On Saturday, 10/26, we give Bloodlust a warm welcome at Little Ripper for a five-course, unfiltered, unforgettable deep dive into Valle de Guadalupe's vibrant food and wine culture.

Repeat after me: ¡Arriba, abajo, al centro, pa' dentro!

BLOODLUST WINE BAR

Bloodlust is a gastronomic space and wine bar started by three friends, Juliette Cheanne, Poncho Muriedas, and Yuri Muriedas. The iconic look of Bloodlust was created by illustrator Jaime Zuverza, which was inspired by a drop of wine, not a head of garlic. Over the years, Bloodlust has become a meeting point in the heart of the Valle de Guadalupe, centered around independent projects of culture, land, and the utopia of wine.
