The Tasting Kitchen welcomes winemaker Federica Grasso of Ca' Del Baio winery in Peidmont for a wine dinner on October 13th. Chef Travis Passerotti has designed a delicious multi-course presentation to pair with 5 premium wines (included) featuring a Barbera, three Barbaresco, and a Moscato. This experience will be hosted as a single seating for an intimate service on the mezzanine.
