Caviar Journey for Two by Two Michelin Star Chef Josiah Citrin
In the second installment of our series of collaborations with Two Michelin Star Chef Josiah Citrin, Biite invites Los Angeles on a Caviar Journey at his namesake restaurant, Citrin.
In a never-before-seen menu Chef Josiah designed specifically for this collaboration, caviars from around the world will be featured in a variety of dishes showcasing craft and creativity, tradition and innovation, the classic and the new.
Join us for a mind-bending exploration of this luxurious ingredient through a coursed menu featuring caviar from around the world, from Ossetra to Kaluga, Siberia to America, and beyond.
The menu features some of Josiah's most classic dishes from Citrin and Mélisse, served with a glass of champagne to toast to his recent second Michelin star.
The Menu
To start, Caviar, Scallop, Uni. Beggars Purse. Oyster, Sweet Onion, Vermouth, Caviar. Served with a glass of Champagne.
Egg Caviar "Mélisse Classic"
Capellini, Lemon, Uni Caviar.
Dover Sole Roulade, Endives, Caviar.
Wagyu Culotte, Roasted Beets, Crème Fraîche, Caviar.
Passion Fruit, Coconut, Tapioca.
WHAT: Caviar Journey tasting menu two featuring caviars from around the world ($695 for two). Only two tables of two available each night. Tables can be combined into a party of four upon request.
