Diego Argoti of Estrano, previously sous chef at Bavel, is making a one-time drop of his legendary Olive Loaf and Designer Tepache.

Olive Loaf: 666g of chewy, crunchy, delicious sourdough, studded with Castelvetrano olives and brought to life using a technique Diego perfected in his time running the Bavel and Bestia bread programs.

Designer Tepache: bright, tangy, villainous, each bottle hand-painted by longtime collaborator of Estrano.

Limited quantity, exclusively on Biite.
