Chef Balo Orozco might just be LA's most highly regarded yet under-the-radar chef. In this one-day-only event, he's bringing together elements from his vast experience working with a long list of legendary culinary institutions around the world, from the masa program he developed for Danny Bowien’s Mission Cantina in New York, to recipes he perfected at Onda in Santa Monica, and his recent fermentation collaborations with Noma in Copenhagen.
