It's January in LA, which means we can look forward to a few things: 70 degree winter days, making (and breaking) new year's resolutions, and playoff football. This year, we wanted to give you something worth cheating on your diet for: we're teaming up with some of LA hottest chefs and restaurants to drop a 3 week series of limited edition dip sets for the 2022 playoff series.First up, we have Burt Bakman, legendary Texas-educated pitmaster of SLAB. The 7 layer dip originated in Texas, as did Burt's love of BBQ. His version features Snake River Farms Wagyu brisket, and chars the avocado and scallions for extra smokiness and depth of flavor in layer after layer of deliciousness.
