First up, we have Burt Bakman, legendary Texas-educated pitmaster of SLAB. The 7 layer dip originated in Texas, as did Burt's love of BBQ. His version features Snake River Farms Wagyu brisket, and chars the avocado and scallions for extra smokiness and depth of flavor in layer after layer of deliciousness.
