Francisco Aguilar and his ambitious mariscos project Simón Seafood team up with in home "home-a-kase" concept Soosh! to reimagine sushi and mariscos style flavors in the humble tostada format.

Tamarind aioli, chapulín crumble, pomegranate

Spicy Hokkaido Scallop
Salsa de cranberry y chile de árbol, shredded crispy beef

Spicy Ora King Salmon
Golden smith apple chutney, onion & seaweed fries, sliced mandarin
