Visionary, artist, culinary philosopher, experience designer, gastro-activist, and educator Charles X Michel (The Final Table, Netflix, World's 50 Best #50Next Class of 2022) is coming to Los Angeles for a series of spectacular events.

On Wednesday, September 7th, in partnership with luxury chocolate brand To’ak, Charles X Michel presents an exclusive avant-première of Alchemy—a collection of imaginatively flavored chocolate bars from the most biodiverse region on earth. The recipes are each drawn from the rare ingredients and culinary traditions of four utterly unique ecosystems of tropical South America: the Amazon rainforest, Andes mountains, Pacific coast, and Galápagos Islands. Taking you on a journey through space and time, Alchemy fuses art, nature, ancient traditions, and the future of food.

Guests will have the unique opportunity to experience the Michel / Fabian Tasting Goûte, a finger-inspired eating utensil designed to enhance mindful and pleasurable eating experiences.
