For one night only, the Atrium at Kodo transforms into the House of Japanese Wagyu, where world experts on the coveted ingredient share the trade secrets on what makes Japanese Wagyu the best beef in the world. House of Japanese Wagyu will take you from the farm in Japan to the Night Market through a dedicated tasting experience that will trace back three Japanese Wagyu dishes by Kodo, Rokusho and Yamashiro to the actual grounds in which the cows were raised.
