Raised in Karachi, Pakistan, she started her career as an architect in New York where she worked on hospitality projects across Asia and America. She moved to Los Angeles and worked with the Haas Brothers, and since then has consulted on hospitality design projects, simultaneously working with brands and private clients to create culinary moments. Working beyond the boundaries of traditional culinary practice, she treats ingredients, plating, and process as aesthetic and sensory tools. She is currently based in Los Angeles and will travel the world to create work.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBUCATINI\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBucatini began as a small pantry shop “around back” in the heart of the pandemic. Almost four years later, the brand has grown to encompass much more than grocery. Victoria Fayad and Sofia Stephens originally founded the shop out of an excitement for quality goods and a desire to bring people together through the kitchen and home. The jewel box of a shop contains a hand-selected curation of Mediterranean products.
