Wagyu Tasting for Two by Two Michelin Star Chef Josiah Citrin
There’s an elemental alchemy that takes place when the finest quality Wagyu is touched by nothing more than the hands of a skilled chef and ripping hot coals. In the first of a series of collaborations with legendary two Michelin star chef Josiah Citrin, Biite invites Los Angeles to experience a once in a lifetime Wagyu tasting of assorted cuts and prefectures exploring the boundaries of this magical ingredient at Charcoal in Venice.
This Wagyu journey for two will start with some raw versions (think tartare or carpaccio) and then move into a larger platter with assorted cuts from a variety of prefectures, grilled and served with a collection of dipping sauces and accoutrements. We've even been told there may be a hint of caviar on the menu.
For those who want to take the journey further, there is an optional Premium Japanese Beverage Pairing spanning Hitachino, Sake, and a Japanese Whiskey cocktail.
This culinary experience will be enjoyed family style, and there will only be two tables of two available each night from Wednesday October 20th through Sunday October 24th. Tables can be combined into a party of four.
