ZEF X TAPATIO: BEEF BIRRIA TACO-TIOS

Logan has been perfecting his birria recipe. It all starts with the smoke, and he wants it all: Red Oak Smoked & Tapatio simmered Prime Harris Ranch Brisket until it literally melts, folded into a Flour Tortilla and finished on the flat top, with Onions, Cilantro, Chihuahua, Oaxaca & Cheddar Cheese, Lime Crema, Pickled Red Onions & Tapatio Consommé. Each order comes with two (2) Beef Birria Taco-Tios.
