This time with a special message, because the magic of Giovanni’s Tiramisu is not just the dessert but the experience of Giovanni himself, his humor, his heart, and his unapologetic charm. 

Every tiramisu in this limited run comes with a nugget of wisdom from Giovanni— handwritten, unfiltered truths about food, love, and not taking life too seriously. Some are wise. Some are a little unhinged and one of the bunch will come with a special gift from Biite.

WHERE: Pick-up in Encino (or email info@biite.club to schedule a delivery by Giovanni himself for a small added fee). Address will be shared with ticket buyers

GIOVANNI’S TIRAMISU 

Giovanni Bolla moved to the United States in the 1970’s from Northern Italy. He worked as a chef in prestigious establishments, such as the Beverly Hills Hotel and Beverly Wilshire hotel. He opened his own catering company in the late 1970’s and catered and cooked for patrons of Los Angeles. Some notable individuals that Giovanni Bolla has cooked or catered for include: Richard Burton, Jerry Buss, Giorgio Armani, Tom Bradley, Jane Seymour, Ella Fitzgerald, and more.

some people break bread, we sip tea. from time to time, we assemble our teamates (you) to come together and drink rare tea with us. these seshes don't happen often, but they are always legendary. Our teas are from natural, eco-conscious farms throughout china and taiwan, many of which have been in the tea game for generations. we seek out tea makers who embrace nature rather than abuse it.
