The Squazza Reveal: Lindfors Farms x Psyche Olive Oil

Meet: the Squazza. Not a pan pizza, but something thin and crispy (like, really crispy), channelled into existence by Christian Lindfors, the farmer at the helm of Lindfors Farms Pizza. The Squazza is what happened when two friends noticed how common thick crust pizza had become, and joked that they should just cut the crust off completely.
Theo, founder of Psyche olive oil, joins us from New York to debut his Greek single-estate olive oil that's good enough to drink and drizzle all over Squazza, skewers, salads and ice cream by Lindfors farms. The plan is simple: BYOBB (blankets and bevvies) and stay as long as the sun does.
Ticket includes: a drink, a Squazza, salad, skewers and an ice cream scoop. Theo will be slingin' olive oil, doing blind taste tests and offering some unexpected drizzle scenarios.
