CHEF TIANA GEE (SOULPHIL)
Tiana Gee, also known as Tee, is a young Filipina and Black Los Angeles native who is breaking the mold on what it means to be considered a chef in today’s day and age. Tee is featured on Bon Appetit, Epicurious, Food Networks Chopped Next Gen, Ciao House Season 2, Beat Bobby Flay and is the winner of Its Compliplated, Tabitha Brown’s vegan cooking competition, and Battle of the Decades. Tee is always working on multiple projects to showcase her love for food, culture and learning. Her latest project is a heart-crafted pop up dinner series known as SoulPhil — an ode to her heritage and a delicious way to get a taste of who she really is.

CHEF LOGAN SANDOVAL (ZEF BBQ)
Chef Logan Sandoval is a classically trained BBQ expert with a diverse culinary background that spans some of the finest hotels and restaurants across the United States. He quickly became known for his mastery of slow-cooked meats, wood-fired grills, and bold, pan-Asian flavors. His BBQ expertise has been showcased on TV shows like BBQ Showdown, BBQ Brawl, and many others. In 2021, his BBQ pop-up was named one of the “Best New Restaurants in California.” Whether it’s crafting mouthwatering brisket, tender ribs, or innovative BBQ-inspired dishes, Chef Logan Sandoval continues to push the boundaries of BBQ, blending fine dining techniques with a love for authentic, high-quality flavors.
