Noma, the internationally lauded, 5-time World's Best, groundbreaking Copenhagen restaurant led by Chef René Redzepi has partnered with Ace Hotel Kyoto for a 10-week residency starting in March 2023 to coincide with cherry blossom season.

Tickets to experience the locally-inspired tasting menu in the 64-seat restaurant sold out immediately.

However, exclusive to the Biite list, Noma Kyoto has set aside a single private seating for 12 on Thursday March 23rd, 2023. 

The original cultural epicenter of Japan, birthplace of Kaeseki, and home to the world's most beautiful Ikura bloom every year beginning in March, Kyoto is the ideal destination for a truly once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience such as this.
