After Brandon Stanciell of Pizza Ananda popped up at Zoë Food Party, we’re flipping the script and heading to his home turf.
One night only, Zoë Komarin makes a guest appearance at the Little Ripper x Pizza Ananda residency with a very special pie made just for February.
Enter: The Rosalba Salad Pizza.
Bright, bitter radicchio chosen at their peak pink, dressed sharp and laid gently over a just-baked, blistered pie. It’s satisfying but light, romantic buy edgy - very LA, very February - the month of pink, love, and leaning into your feelings (even when they’re a little bitter-sweet).
Salad Pizza is a distinctly California tradition. Back in the ’70s and ’80s, Abbott’s Pizza in Venice had the good sense to top hot pies with dressed greens because in California, seasonality isn’t a trend, it’s just the way you cook, and we’re very here for it.
