CELEBRATING 100 YEARS OF CAESAR EXCELLENCE WITH A BOY BLUE X MAX RAPPAPORT PIZZA PARTY, AGUA FRESCAS AND A LESSON IN TABLE SIDE CAESARS.

One hundred years ago, Italian immigrant and restauranteur, Caesar Cardini was running low on ingredients and improvised with what he had on hand. 
On July 4th, 1924, the Caesar Salad (i.e. the most iconic salad there ever was) was born in Tijuana, Mexico, and it turns out it's immortal...

Join us at Jurassic Magic on Sunday July 7th to honor the superior salad and Cardini’s legacy. All orders come with a 10' custom birthday pizza, a farmers market agua fresca, and the option to join a table-side caesar demo by caesar aficionado Max Rappaport. 

THE CAESAR CENTENNIAL PIZZA 
10 inch Boy Blue white pie with mozz, calabrian, Max's Caesar salad, boquerones, breadcrumbs and parm. All orders come with a Weiser Melon Agua Fresca as a nod to the Caesar's Tijuana origins. 

Shrimp Ceviche with sungold tomatoes and a blue corn tostada available for purchase on site (while supplies last)

MAX RAPPAPORT
Max Rappaport is a gorgeous LA-based food and beverage stylist, chef, enthusiastic condiment maker, and caesar dressing aficionado who founded Max’s Yummy. Max brings joy, laughter, and CHARISMA to everything he does. The centennial of the caesar salad is a very grand occasion for Max, when you see this pizza you will understand. 

BOY BLUE
Zack and Kara are a chef couple behind the hands of Boy Blue, a “pizza and things” pop up based in Los Angeles. Their love for Mediterranean cooking and Californian-grown ingredients, combined with a strong connection to their cultural heritages of El Salvador and Thailand drive their global-driven menu.
