To start:

• Welcome cocktail
• Sausage in cheese bread
• Popcorn with pork rinds
• Creamy shrimp and pumpkin soup (vegetarian option available)
• Crab meat gratin with yucca cracker

Dinner:

• Green salad
  
• Baked pumpkin
• Corn couscous with savory granola
• Angus beef stew (yucca gnocchi "nhocca" vegetarian option)
• Baked corn
• Creamy black bean soup

Dinner:

• Dulce de leche and rice pudding with "paçoca"
  
• "Café Coado" coffee from Minas Gerais and corn cake
