Introducing... The Hippie Meal: a meal set designed to pair with a refreshing, 16oz pour of JuneShine's newest flavor, Hippie Juice.

Chef Craig Walker's love for fried chicken runs deep.

Born and raised in South Louisiana, Walker's influences were equal parts southern cooking and classic french techniques learned at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute where he honed his craft. After multiple successful restaurant projects, he has arrived, or should we say returned, to his latest concept, Le Coupe, a masterful take on fried chicken.

This Sunday August 28th, Le Coupe is teaming up with JuneShine with a special menu paired with a first taste of the new flavor: Hippie Juice.

Colors. Flavors. Vibes.

In this one-day-only menu, come for a burst of flavors and colors with a limited edition Hippie Meal, everything your inner hippie craves. The classic Le Coupe fried chicken sando with a special rainbow slaw for a pop of texture and crunch, plus corn ribs, melon salad, a chocolate chip cookie, and the perfect fizzy, refreshing accompaniment: Hippie Juice, the newest JuneShine flavor bursting with personality, just like its co-creator, entertainer Cody Ko.

The "Hippie Meal"

Fried Chicken Sandwich 
Martin's potato bun, chicken thigh, chili honey, hippie slaw, pickles, honey mustard, buttermilk ranch. Hippie slaw: purple and green cabbage, kale, carrots, fresno peppers.

Corn Ribs
Lime mayo, chili, queso fresco, cilantro.

Melon Salad
Yellow and red compressed melon, goat feta, pistachio dressing, pickled fresno, saba.

Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie
Maldon salt.

Hippie Juice
Yumberry. Strawberry. Lemon. Green tea. Jun kombucha.
