Legendary East Coast Italian Style Chicken Parm Hero

To all of you who are used to having to fly to the east coast for a chicken parm, we hate to break it to you, but LAX is kind of a mess lately.

Thankfully, we're bringing the best east coast Italian style chicken parm hero straight to DTLA with Queens native Shanna Lynn Milazzo of pop-up sensation Picnic Sandwich.

Crispy breaded and fried chicken cutlet, laid alongside a bed of fresh ricotta, smothered in her legendary tomato sauce, and finished with a generous layer of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
