🌈 The Soosh! Dry Aged Rainbow Roll 🌈

Soosh! the in-home dining concept known for their "home-a-kase" experience is a rising star in the Los Angeles culinary scene. Known for using only the finest ingredients with impeccable attention to detail and craft, they've quickly developed a celebrity clientele that keeps coming back for more. 

As proud supporters of the LGBTQ+ community, Soosh! is helping Los Angeles get in the spirit of Pride with a limited edition menu item that's as beautiful as it is delicious: the Pride Rainbow Roll, featuring a full spectrum of colors and flavors from around the world with dry aged fish from The Joint Seafood in Sherman Oaks. Each comes in a special limited-edition jewel box.

What's more, proceeds from all sales of this special item will benefit the Los Angeles LGBT Center, an amazing organization that has cared for, championed, and celebrated LGBT individuals and families in Los Angeles and beyond for over 50 years.

• Inside:  King Crab (Alaska), Avocado, Nori, Sesame Seeds
• Outside: Bluefin Tuna (Spain), Black Tiger Shrimp (Mexico), Kelp-Marinated Fluke (Korea) and of course Dry-Aged Ora King Salmon (New Zealand) and Dry-Aged Yellowtail Belly (Japan)
  
• Topping: Yuzu Tobiko
• Sauce: House Nikiri Yuzu Soy
• Side: Ginger, Wasabi

Pick ups will be at Second Home in Hollywood, where there will be a cash bar for beer, wine, cocktails, and a specialty Pride cocktail.

And for those of you who can't make it, order through Caviar or DoorDash to have the party brought to you. Delivery pre-orders will be live 4 days before the event.
