We all know San Gabriel Valley for its rich and diverse restaurant landscape, but what if we told you that one of the best food experiences in the 626 is actually in chef's own backyard?  

CAMPO É CARBÓN

A food industry love story that began in a vineyard in Valle de Guadalupe. Chef Ulysses and his partner, Interior Designer Adriana were awe struck by the whimsical, live fire approach to cooking and decided to bring a piece of Valle back to La Puente. In 2020, Campo é Carbón was born: a full service underground dining experience cooked over live wood-fire. All recipes inspired by childhood memories growing up in SGV with a heavy latin and asian influence, naturally.

This experience will be hosted at Ulysses and Adriana’s family home, where they'll be switching up the usual format to create a communal, family style, poolside dinner party and a feast of flavors that explore the diverse cultural and culinary landscape of the San Gabriel Valley.
