The Soosh Crispy Rice Sando

From supermarket to super premium, Erewhon’s viral Sushi Sandwich has officially hit the big leagues.  

Former Matsuhisa and Nobu Head Sushi Chef, Brian Ogawa of Soosh uplevels the $21 Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna Sando with a dollar to spare.

The STLT— Soosh’s take on a BLT with their famous spicy bluefin tuna, shredded lettuce, roma tomato, pickle chips two perfectly crispy rice toasts and a side of Yukari (purple shiso salt) crisps.

Brian Ogawa & Jazmine Valte have been friends for well over a decade & joined forces to start the “home-a-kase” concept Soosh during the pandemic. With Brian’s 25 years of experience at two of the best sushi establishments in the world and Jaz’s creativity and all-star ops brain, the two have created a top of the line mobile sushi experience that isn’t afraid to draw outside the lines.
