Focaccia 

• Flake Salt, Picual Olive Oil, Rosemary

Roasted Peppers, Oregano, Castelvetrano Olives 

• Sweet Italian and Jimmy Nardello peppers roasted with shaved garlic, oregano and crushed Castelvetrano olives.

Radicchio Salad, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Nectarine, Hazelnut, Pecorino

• Maggie's Farm radicchio with toasted hazelnuts, julienned shallot and briny coquillo olives with Rose Diamond nectarines and shaved pecorino and an aged balsamic vinaigrette.

Market Tomatoes and Ricotta, Thyme, Cracked Pepper

• Fresh purple cherokee, lightly roasted campari, sungold and sweet 100 cherry tomatoes marinated in a tomato vinaigrette with picked thyme leaves and cracked pepper with fresh ricotta.

Ribs, Bing Cherry Passata, Basil Salad

• ½ rack of St Louis style ribs grilled, braised and glazed in a bing cherry sauce with a salad of opal and genovese basil, pickled cherries and pickled fresno chili.

Chicken Thighs, Apple Cider Glaze, Flax Seeds

• Spiced, roasted, grilled and glazed in a toasted honey and apple cider sauce, finished with fresh lemon and flax seeds.

Fennel Seed and White Wine & Calabrian Chili Sausages

• House made sweet and spicy sausages served with stone fruit condiments.

Limoncello Nectarine Icebox Cake

• Limoncello soaked ladyfingers layered with Andy’s Orchard nectarines and mascarpone, icebox cake style.
